After using this app for almost three years and seeing the major changes recently, I thought I should say something. The explanation email that Rohit sent out the other day made things clearer. However, I really don't think this is a smart move. In the first phase, CloudMagic attracted lots of users by its clean design and cool features. And now it's in the second phase, but your team clearly doesn't know customer phycology well. Freemium is fine but forcing customers to pay isn't a wise strategy...
